Cedar Valley Readers is a community-wide initiative that seeks to ensure all children are able to read well by 3rd grade. The goal is to interrupt generational poverty by improving 3rd grade reading proficiencies. The vision is to provide literacy initiatives and strategies that address 3 goals:
* Prevent Summer Learning Loss
* Increase School Readiness, and
* Reduce Chronic Absenteeism.
