Operation Threshold is currently conducting a Client Needs Assessment. The goal is to identify the needs of our clients as well as plan potential programming for the future. Hard copies are available at OT offices in Waterloo, Independence, and Grundy Center. Clients can also access the survey online at SurveyMonkey by clicking here.
OT is encouraging all clients to participate and complete the survey. The more aware we are of client needs the better we are able to design needed programming.
