Operation Threshold’s Grundy County Outreach office provides a number of services to residents of Grundy County. Services provided out of the Grundy County office include many of those provided in Black Hawk County , including Energy Assistance (LIHEAP), Crisis Assistance, Weatherization, WIC, Housing and Fair Lending Services, and Family Development Services. Other programming/services available to Grundy County residents specifically include:

- Family Nest program
- Early Head Start
- Adopt-A-Family For the Holidays
- School Supplies Drive
- Share the Warmth
- Children’s Clothes Closet
- Volunteer Services
- Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA)
All services are focused on helping families address a current crisis and/or to assist families with developing skills to attain self-sufficiency.
Generally participants must earn below 150% of the federal poverty level to be eligible for many programs. However, some programs have different income eligibility limits (such as WIC, Weatherization, and Early Head Start).
