Operation Threshold’s offices in Waterloo, Independence, and Grundy Center will be closed on Thursday, December 20, 2012 due to inclement weather. Currently we plan to be open normal business hours (8:00 am to Noon in Waterloo and Independence and 8:00 am to 4:30 pm in Grundy Center) on Friday, December 21, 2012.
